After receiving the form, we will get back to you,  and if the application is approved by the Festival Committee, you will receive the invoice from Our Lady of Czestochowa Church with payment instructions. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. We accept all major credit cards with no extra charge through Square Portal. Please note that selected booths will be available to other vendors until we receive full payment, confirming your reservation. Th price list is available below.
