Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or submitting any vendor or contact forms. By accessing our website, registering as a vendor, or subscribing to festival communications, you agree to be bound by the terms described below.

1. WEBSITE USE, GENERAL TERMS & AGE RESTRICTION

This website is operated by Our Lady of Czestochowa DBA Houston Polish Festival ("we," "us," or "our") and is provided for informational and transactional purposes related to the annual Houston Polish Festival event.

 

AGE RESTRICTION — 18 YEARS OR OLDER REQUIRED:

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit any form, register as a vendor, or opt in to SMS or email communications. By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Any submission made by a person under 18 will be considered invalid and removed from our records upon discovery. The festival welcomes all ages as attendees, but all digital transactions and communication opt-ins are restricted to adults.

 

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized or abusive use may result in cancellation of your account or form submissions without notice.

3. VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION

Vendors wishing to participate may submit a booth registration request through the Vendor Request Form on this website. Submission does not guarantee booth assignment. All applications are reviewed by our organizing committee and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

 

By submitting the Vendor Request Form, you agree that:

- All information provided is accurate and complete

- You will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to your products or services

- You will abide by all vendor guidelines communicated after acceptance

- Payment of booth fees is required to confirm your reservation

- Booth assignments are final and non-transferable without prior written approval

- We reserve the right to revoke vendor participation for violations of festival rules or these Terms

 

By submitting the Vendor Request Form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and emails from the Houston Polish Festival related to your application, booth assignment, event logistics, and festival updates. Message and data rates may apply. See Section 4 for full SMS disclosure.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Booth fees are non-refundable unless the festival is cancelled by the organizers. In the event of cancellation by the festival, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. If a vendor cancels after payment, no refund will be issued.

4. DESCRIPTION OF SMS USE CASES

The Houston Polish Festival operates an A2P SMS messaging program through LeadConnector to communicate with vendors and opted-in contacts exclusively for festival-related purposes.

 

SMS USE CASES:

1. Vendor Application Updates — confirmations, status notifications, acceptance or denial of booth registration requests

2. Booth Assignment & Logistics — booth number assignments, site maps, load-in schedules, setup instructions, and day-of operational details

3. Payment Reminders & Receipts — reminders for outstanding booth fees and confirmation of received payments

4. Festival Schedule & Event Alerts — program announcements, entertainment schedules, performer updates, and last-minute schedule changes

5. Weather & Safety Notifications — time-sensitive alerts regarding weather conditions, emergency procedures, or public safety information

6. Post-Festival Follow-Up — thank-you messages, survey requests, and information about future festival seasons

 

SMS messages are sent only for the purposes listed above. We do not use our SMS program for third-party advertising, affiliate promotions, or any purpose unrelated to the Houston Polish Festival.

 

WHO MAY OPT IN:

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications.

 

HOW TO OPT IN:

- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Vendor Request Form and submitting your information

- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the General Contact or Inquiry Form

- Providing verbal / in-person consent at the festival

 

Consent to receive SMS is NOT a condition of purchasing goods or services, booking a vendor booth, or attending the festival in any capacity.

 

MESSAGE FREQUENCY:

Message frequency varies. Vendors may receive up to 4–8 messages per month during the festival season. General subscribers will receive fewer messages.

 

MESSAGE & DATA RATE DISCLOSURE:

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for sending and receiving SMS messages may be charged by your mobile carrier depending on your plan. The Houston Polish Festival does not charge any fee for SMS messages. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

 

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

You may opt out of all SMS communications at any time by:

- Replying STOP to any text message — you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent

- Contacting us at contact@auridigital.com or 832-979-6045 to request removal

 

After opting out, your number will be immediately suppressed. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier. The Houston Polish Festival is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier network conditions, technical outages, or device compatibility issues. Carrier support for our SMS program is not guaranteed across all networks or devices.

By providing your email address through any form on this website, you consent to receive email communications from the Houston Polish Festival including:

Every marketing email includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will remove you from our mailing list within 10 business days. Transactional emails such as application confirmations or payment receipts may still be sent after unsubscribing.
